Return & Exchange Policy for My Mama

We want you to love every purchase you make at My Mama. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we are here to help. Please review our return and exchange policy below:

Returns:

We accept returns within 14 days from the date of delivery for unworn, unwashed, and unused items in their original condition, with all tags attached. To initiate a return:

  1. Contact Us: Please email us at contact@mymama.ca to request a return authorization. Include your order number and reason for return.
  2. Return Shipping: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is defective or incorrect.
  3. Processing Time: Once we receive your returned items, we will process your return and issue you with store credit points valid for one year. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  4. Non-returnable Items: Certain items cannot be returned, including:
    • Sale or discounted items
    • Gift cards
    • Custom-made or personalized products

Exchanges:

We offer exchanges on items in the same condition (unworn, unwashed) within 14 days from the date of delivery.

  1. Contact Us: If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or color, please contact us at contact@mymama.ca with your order number and the item you’d like to exchange. We’ll confirm availability and provide instructions.
  2. Shipping: If the exchange is for an incorrect item or a manufacturing defect, we’ll cover the cost of shipping. For other exchanges, return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.

Availability: If the item you want in exchange is unavailable, you will be issued with store credit points.

Damaged or Defective Items:

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at contact@mymama.ca 
We will provide a prepaid return label and offer a replacement.

How to Return an Item:

  1. Request a Return: Please contact us to request a return authorization.
  2. Prepare the Return: Pack the item securely in its original packaging.
  3. Ship the Item Back: Mail the item back to the return address provided.

Please note: We recommend using a trackable shipping service for returns. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item if the shipment is not tracked.


Sale or Discounted Items:

Unfortunately, items purchased on sale or with a discount cannot be returned or exchanged, except where required by law.
